My Harlequin Macaw Rocky loves to be outside so I have many outdoor activities for him including his swing which he only recently got used to but now he knows its his spot.

Also as you can see in the video, Rocky attempts to regurgitate a bit which means he is pretty happy. In general it is not a good idea to encourage this behavior but I wanted to share the video in case any new bird owners were scared their bird is sick. this way you can see what regurgitation looks like.
